  4. Don't "should" on yourself.
  5. Don't be afraid to say "Yes" or "No."
  6. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
  7. Listen to and trust your intuition.
  8. Surround yourself with people who lift you up.
  9. Be honest with yourself and others.
  10. Culture Freedom.
